Refund Policy
Effective Date: February 16, 2026
Conversion System Installation Projects
- Before work begins: Full refund if requested before installation and configuration work starts.
- After kickoff: Once installation, strategy, or configuration work begins, setup fees are non-refundable.
- If you cancel after kickoff but before launch, we may offer a prorated credit at our discretion based on work completed.
Optional New Site Build Wrapper
- Before work begins: Full refund available.
- After work begins: Non-refundable once build work has started.
Monthly Monitoring & Optimization Services
- Cancel anytime to stop future charges. No contracts. No penalties.
- No refunds for the current billing period already in progress. Service remains active until the end of the paid period.
Project Pauses
If a project is paused for more than 30 days due to missing client content or approvals, we may pause delivery timelines. We'll resume when you're ready. Additional fees may apply for re-activation or scope changes.
How to Request a Refund
Email darrell@okcsite.com with your project or order details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us first before filing a dispute with your bank. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
This policy is designed for clarity and fairness. It does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
