Refund Policy

One-Time Website ($997)

• Before work begins: Full refund if requested before design or setup starts.
• After kickoff: Once design, strategy, or file setup begins, the fee becomes non-refundable.
• If you cancel after kickoff but before launch, we may — at our discretion — offer a prorated refund based on work completed.

Monthly Services ($97/mo) & Subscriptions

• Cancel anytime to stop future charges.
• No refunds for partial billing periods already in progress. Service remains active until the end of the paid term.
• Setup or implementation fees are non-refundable once work begins.

Project Pauses

If a project is paused for more than 30 days due to missing client content or approvals, we may pause delivery timelines. We'll resume when you're ready; additional fees may apply for re-activation or scope changes.

How to Request a Refund

Email darrell@okcsite.com with your order details. Refunds (when approved) are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback without reaching out may delay resolution and impact your account status.

This policy ensures clarity and fairness. It does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
