Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of okcsite.com and services provided by OKC Site ("we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing or using our services, you accept these Terms.

1. Services

• OKCsite Conversion System Installation: Installation on an existing site (CMS-agnostic) including smart lead capture, instant SMS + email response, automated follow-up, call tracking, chat, conversion page coverage, and go-live testing.
• Optional New Site Build Wrapper: Available only when an existing site is broken or outdated and cannot reasonably support installation.
• Monthly Monitoring & Optimization: Ongoing monitoring, optimization, and monthly reporting focused on lead outcomes and basic source visibility.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide logos, copy, photos, access credentials, and approvals in a timely manner.
• Verify that any content you supply is accurate, lawful, and within your rights to use.
• Delivery timelines depend on your responsiveness to review and approval requests.

3. Timeline

Installation projects are typically delivered within 5–7 business days after intake is complete. Actual delivery depends on scope and client responsiveness. We will communicate if timeline adjustments are needed.

4. Payments

• Payments are processed via Stripe. You authorize charges to your chosen payment method.
• Setup fees are due as outlined in your proposal or agreement and generally range from $1,500–$2,500. Monthly fees generally range from $395–$795 and bill until canceled.

5. Monthly Services & Cancellation

• Monthly services renew automatically each month until canceled.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current billing period.
• No contracts. No cancellation penalties.

6. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers including Netlify (hosting), Stripe (payments), and Google Analytics. Their availability, terms, or changes may impact aspects of our services. We are not responsible for third-party service disruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you own the website content, copy, and assets created specifically for your project.
• We may feature your project (screenshots, live URL) in our portfolio unless you notify us otherwise in writing.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to transmit unlawful, infringing, spam, or malicious content. You agree to comply with all applicable laws.

9. Warranties & Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee specific business results or constant uptime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for cause, including non-payment or violation of these Terms. You may terminate at any time. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance.
