Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of okcsite.com and services provided by Trailblazer Ventures Network LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or using our services, you accept these Terms.

1. Services

• Core Website Package ($997 one-time): Design and build of a marketing website for small-business service firms, including setup of a Google Business Profile (if applicable).
• Speed to Lead ($97/month): Monthly subscription add-on that provides instant response infrastructure, real-time alerts, and simplified lead management.
• Other Add-Ons: Optional services such as review-generation, monthly maintenance, or additional marketing funnels may be offered.

2. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide logos, copy, photos, access, and approvals in a timely manner.
• You are responsible for verifying that any content you supply is accurate, lawful, and within your rights to use.
• Timelines depend on your responsiveness to review and approval requests.

3. Timeline

We aim for fast turnarounds (often within about 7 days). Actual delivery depends on project scope and your responsiveness. If delays occur, we will adjust milestones in consultation with you.

4. Payments

• Payments are processed via Stripe. You authorize charges to your chosen payment method.
• One-time fees are typically due upfront unless otherwise stated. Recurring fees (like subscriptions) bill monthly until canceled.

5. Subscriptions & Cancellation (Speed to Lead)

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing. See our Refund Policy for details on partial period credits.

6. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party providers including Vercel (hosting/deployment), Stripe (payments), and, where applicable, email/SMS services and AI APIs. Their availability, terms, or changes may impact our services.

7. Intellectual Property

• Once payment is complete, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use delivered assets for your business operations. Our tools, frameworks, and third-party assets remain the property of their licensors.
• We may feature your project (screenshots, live URL, logo) in our portfolio unless you notify us otherwise in writing.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to transmit unlawful, infringing, spam, or malicious content. You also agree to comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.

9. Warranties & Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee business results or constant uptime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims relating to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for cause — including non-payment or violation of these Terms. You may terminate at any time; see our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance.
